ABOUT
Cha Cha's is the creation of the father-son team at Tim's Catering Service. They've been in the business for 20+ years and this experience has helped them in opening this new venture.
Chad runs the food truck operation while Tim runs the catering side of things. Both sides of the business support and assist each other, and they work together seamlessly.
Cha Cha's was born out of Chad's vision to create a new and unique food destination in Columbia, South Carolina and fill a niche he felt was lacking. While the food truck scene has been growing and has tremendous people and foods, there weren't any Asian-inspired trucks.
We serve up Asian dishes fused with traditionally Western ingredients. The one of kind flavor combinations make us a Foodie's paradise.

Chad Scott
Chad is a graduate of Clemson University. He joined Tim's Catering full-time in 2015 and started dreaming of adding a food truck to mix in 2016.
In 2017 that dream became reality and the rest is history!

Tim, also a graduate of Clemson, has been at the helm of Tim's Catering for 20+ years.
Through the years, Tim has created a devoted following of customers and is excited to get into a new realm of cooking.
Marsinar Davis
Marsinar has been with the company for 5+ years.
She is a very talented cook and possesses even better customer-service skills.
Marsinar has blended flawlessly into food truck life and has continued to prove an irreplaceable member of the team.
